Her name is Jessica, she's 14 and she lives in Australia.
I like her outfit a lot, I was sure it should be here from the first second I saw it! I know it may be "too much" for some of you but in my opinion, just her try to make a dress out of so many items and to combine all these patterns is admirable.

Aurelieke98: I WANT to say I like it...but to be honest, I
really don't. The layering is a sort of mess. If she'd taken off the
excessive bow that's on the right side, it would have made it look
better.
Kickherout: Wow that's a stunning dress ! Although I'm not sure that this is a
little bit too overloaded, I really like how all the things she used to
make the dress are working together.

Marykate: Well, it is very hard to layer and I'm not expert at these myself, but I
don't like it. The layering is good but in some places it's getting too
messy. If there weren't so many clothes together and the layering was
more careful, I think it'd be awesome.
Bella: I like the creativity behind it, but unfortunately she didn't quite pull it off. There is too much on the right side. She should of balanced it out a little more. The dress is too busy in some parts.
Her doll is lovely though and her hair really complements the dress.
She over did it by a few pieces.
