You get this 'doll' simply for logging in if you live in the US.
If you are not from the US you will need a web proxy. Try dontfilter.us/ or webwarper.net
Go to:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/ and log in.
Leave the proxy and log into regular Stardoll.
She will be in a box in your suite.
