If you are a superstar from Poland enter the contest by clicking HERE. If you are from a different country you will have to use a proxy like ukryj.info/ or proxy.trash.pl/.
Paste http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1761 into the URL bar and press enter. Then log into your stardoll account.
Fill in the boxes with any text and enter the contest. When the page has loaded log out and close the proxy.
The heart will be in your suite.
