if you are from the UK go HERE and scroll down to find this:
Insert in the white box :

Click Unlock
Then go to your Suite and find the bag in front of your Closet
Open IT
Refresh the page and find it in the Room Editor

If you are not from the UK you will need a MANUAL proxy (there is NOT other way unfortunately) since i tried with web proxy but didn't work. You can use one of these:
89.16.178.168 port 3128 or
94.228.36.34 port 80 or
82.148.227.62 port 80

go to this club:
