Beware that the amount of stardollars you receive may differ when you buy through phone and in different currencies. Where I live it is €7.95 when using paypal or credit card and €8.50 when buying by phone. In the USA it is $9.95 through credit card or paypal and only $9.99 through phone. I'm not sure why the phone offer is more expensive in some countries but I'm presuming it's for a reason stardoll can't prevent.
