If you live anywhere else, you are going to need a manual proxy. This one's pretty slow, so you have to be patient and refresh the page a couple of times. (If you know a faster one please tell me. The one I usually used didn't seem to work properly). If you don't know how to use a manual proxy, click HERE.
I used the following manual proxy:
IP: 88.131.82.241 Port: 3128 
Note: It doesn't seem to work with Google Chrome.
Log into Stardoll
Replace the URL with: 
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2813
Send in a picture to the competition.
Get rid of the manual proxy.
The tee should be in your suite
