May I quickly note that this is not the chat bar, this is the new partys. (Remember I posted about the name change a while ago)

Anyway, there have been a few more changes to chat.
Firstly, there is now a seperate bar for private partys.
On this bar, it lists all of the partys you have been invited too.

Also, the partys come with furniture already in them, like this.







(They are like this in the party.)

Finally, you are now able to access chat via the spotlight section
