It works the same as the remove make up option, all you need to do is go to your beauth parlor and when you click on jewellery you will now see a small icon at the bottom like this.

If you click it all your jewellery items will then will be removed. Remember, jewellery items are not just jewellery they are star design items, eyelashes and anything else that is stored in the jewellery section of your beauty parlour.

I think this is a very handy feature especially for those with very detailed and creative dolls who used to have to spend ages removing their jewellery items one by one.
