I am not sure if I should be posting this, however recently I messaged the Indian Staff member, Tara.Stardoll and she has replied to me.
1: What is it like to represent India as stardoll staff?
1. It's always amazing to represent your country but it really isn't about national pride. We just think it's nice to have a doll that can speak your language bu* **'* not like we're favoring some countries over others. We love all our members from across the world. For me personally, it's a great way to interact and know what we're doing right or wrong :)
No.2 Is playing on stardoll while being staff better? Or is it just as good?
2. I'm glad you asked because everyone asks this question all the time and I'd like to clarify a few misconceptions. There are no employee codes and Stardoll Staff aren't longtime members that are given special privileges. We work in an office and actually have to do a lot of work behind the scenes. We setup contests, events, translate, answer questions, report bugs with the site...very grown up stuff. It's all great fun though and I won't deny that we all love decorating our dolls and suites from time to time!
No. 3: Have you ever been part of putting idea's towards stardoll?
3. Oh yes, all the time! And that's the best part about working at Stardoll. We are a big team and every single person is free to come up with ideas to make the whole experience better for you. We are a true democracy :)
No.4 Have you met other stardoll staff, like Callie or Mette?
4. You bet, we are all on the same team and sit very close to each other. We work very hard but we love to laugh and have fun at work as well.
No.5 Whats your faverouit fashion item on stardoll?
5. Definitely the 3 piece Diwali Lehanga. It's the red dress I'm wearing in my presentation and we wear it for special occasions in India. I was actually the one *** **commended that design and color so it's very special to me.
