The new decor store called Yacht Club has been released.
It has 4 floors and lot of animated items but you have to own the Yacht "room" to get them!

There are some items (at least for now) that you can buy even if you don't have the Yacht, go to catalog and search Yacht Club and you will see this, you can buy the ones without a lock (thanks to taibran2010):
UPDATE: The items are now locked for those who don't own the Yacht!! (thanks to aniita7 to let me know it)
