Make sure you are logged into Stardoll & click here and play the game to unlock the shoes.
If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a manual proxy.
(If you do not know how to use manual proxies click here to learn. You have to follow the steps exactly as they are written!)
After setting the proxy use one of these:

Log into Stardoll and then go here > ox.stardoll.com/www/delivery/ck.php?bannerid=34910
Play the game on Facebook and unlock the gifts by completing the levels, you should get the shoes in your suite!
