If you live somewhere else and still want to use them you can use a manual proxy or webwarper.net/ww
If you are using webwarper.net/ww then go to stardoll.com and log in. Then in the address bar in your browser copy and paste in this link : http://webwarper.net/ww/~av/www.stardoll.com/en/starDesign.php?brandId=353
The proxy is slow, but it should work eventually. If it doesn't work try using it in Internet Explorer. Thanks supperstarvanni for the proxy.
