This pretty necklace comes from a new contest in Greece.
The usual web proxies we use for Greece are all down. Unless you know a working web proxy this is only available through a MANUAL proxy. The only two I've found that are decent are: 195.200.193.156 port 8085, and 147.102.82.32 port 3128

Leave the proxy and log in to regular Stardoll.
It will be in a box in your suite instead of your Beauty Parlor.
