If you are from UK, just do the steps without any proxy.
If you are anywhere else, you will need to use a manual proxy, since it is impossible to invite friends to the club with a web proxy, ok? YOU NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST 1 BRITISH FRIEND!! (If you do not know how to use manual proxies click HERE to learn. You have to follow the steps exactly as it is written!!)

Log in to your account and now go here:
Join the club, and then scroll the page until you see the invite button, choose 1 British friend and send an invitation.
Done!! Get rid of the manual proxy!!
