Three new Campaigns are coming to Stardoll. Glam Fever, Sims and Nintendo's Style Boutique
From the Style Boutique Campaign we will probably get these new designs in Stardesign (cheap or free...who knows?). Maybe a freebie will also be coming as part of this campaign.
Seems like we will be getting something from the Sims 3 Campaign too.
As for the Glam Fever Campaign the most possible freebie seems to be this top i found while looking in spoilers:
