To receive this dress you only need to log in using the Stardoll Access.

UPDATE: Apparently, who completes any of the Stardoll partner offer for stardollars, receive this dress too, but according to the mail we received yesterday "the exclusive dress will be delivered to your suite on February 4th". Do you think it is the same exclusive dress?
