If you are from the USA it should already be in your suite. If you're from anywhere else you'll need to use a proxy, go to dontfilter.us or webwarper.net or turbo-proxy.com
Paste this into the proxy url bar:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/
Hit enter and log into stardoll. Cross off the proxy. The poster should be in a Beastly bag in your suite.
