It says that you get 10% extra stardollars when buying ss membership or extra sd. The 10% extra stardollars is there when you buy extra membership, but for me (I also checked Mexico's payment options) when only buying extra stardollars you don't get an extra 10%. Although you can still get the extra 50% from the reload 50% offer. The reload 50% offer should run out very soon btw, if you are still planning on buying.
