1. Tell us a little things  about you
.
I’m Madeleine but I prefer Mads, I’m 15 and from Australia! I’m the youngest in my family. Stardoll has allowed me to make friends around the world – America, Ireland, England and more! I love reading, cooking (sweet things), fashion, my friends and my job (I work at a bakery and get to take home a lot of free food – finger buns, chocolate croissants, sugary buns, the list goes on!!)

2. Where did you find out about Stardoll and how long have you been playing Stardoll?

I don’t know where I found out about Stardoll but I started playing in 2007 (when I was in Year 6) and have loved it ever since then. When I first joined, I just enjoyed dressing up the dolls and making my medoll look pretty but about halfway through 2008 I discovered the Clubs (FashionClub ily!) and then at the end of 2008 I discovered the blogs – Underneath Stardoll, The Stardoll Insiders, Stardoll’s Most Wanted, etc.

3. What would you like to change about Stardoll?

Obviously I’d like cheaper Superstar but I doubt Stardoll will make Superstar cheaper. But I’d love it if they could offer more of those ‘interstitial’ things where you get Superstar for half-price! Oh, and maybe make some more of those ‘Real Brand’ and ‘Inspired by’ shops – French Connection, Zara, Gap, etc. I would definitely spend many SDs on those clothes if they could make them really nice!

4. What do you love about Stardoll?

I love the fact that it’s like a massive store but you don’t have to wander around and having trouble finding your size – instead everything fits you but you just have to find clothes that you love (and can afford!) I love the Clubs and have made some really REALLY close friends on them. I also adore some of the clothes that Stardoll puts out and having that ability to mix and match in Starplaza helps me to see what works and what doesn’t; and then seeing how another member has made the dress/top/item work for them gives me more inspiration and helps me to see how I can make this item work in an outfit.

5. What is your secret Stardoll talent?

Hmm...talent? I don’t really have one...maybe that I’m a good StarBazzar shopper? I can spend ages looking through the items until I find the item that I want at the cheapest possible price. This isn’t really a talent but I have the ability to include, ‘hahahaha’ ‘lol’ and smiley faces in almost every single thing that I type. Just look at this interview :D

6. Do you follow all the latest fashion trends?

In real life? Well, I doubt many people (other than celebrities) can afford to be decked out in all the latest fashions because we all know how quickly they change. While I am able to get new clothes I try to get something classic – a jacket, skirt, etc, that can work with a range of outfits. As for Stardoll I look at the latest trends and try to incorporate them onto Stardoll. Eg. Floral and frilly is coming in for summer (at least where I live) both in clothing and swimwear, so I’m going to try and find some cute outfits on Stardoll to suit this – for example, the Splash one piece is perfect!

7. Describe the perfect day outfit

Comfortable! Probably a floral dress with some black flats paired with a short little black dinner suit top but with the shoulder pads jacket. But typically I’d wear skinny jeans, a funky tee (teacups are my fave!), a brown leader jacket, a black scarf with a random pattern of small red roses, brown ankle boots, a headband with a bow, flower, etc, on the side. My perfect outfit has to suit my mood – otherwise it’s not perfect for me, but when I find something that I love it goes with every outfit! :)

8. What is the best makeup for you?

I don’t actually wear makeup – usually just some concealer but when I do I usually wear: Powder bronzer, powder blush, concealer, lip gloss and smudged eyeliner (rarely). I have naturally dark eyelashes and I’m very lucky because I have clear skin (no secrets – just lucky!) so I prefer to go au-natural!

9. Five must have summer items

Real life:
- Frilly and floral dress (there’s a really nice one at Forever New)
- Gladiator Sandals
- Long (to mid chest) necklaces
- High waisted skirt (preferably denim)
- A shirt tied down the bottom (floral looks awesome)

10. What do you want to tell the viewers of this interview?
