If you are from Turkey log into stardoll, click HERE and enter the competition by submiting a photo to the contest...Done, the tablet will be in your suite.
If you are from anywhere else you HAVE TO use a manual proxy,otherwise there is no way to get it.

After setting one of the proxies go here:
