Try this(i am from Greece so i can not actually test these manual proxies but let me know which worked for you):
IP:77.69.20.22 Port: 8080
or
IP:194.219.29.221 port: 3128
or
IP:79.129.107.32 port: 3128
After setting the proxy go here:
LOG IN to stardoll and create a scenery to the contest. Done!!
The freebies will arrive in your suite(earings in parlour) after a while
