After you have watched the first 3 episodes, check your suite and the tee should be there.
If you are not from the UK, go to a UK web proxy such as these:

Paste into the proxy URL bar:

Log into your account (if it gives you a blank page, refresh the page)
Now paste this into the URL bar of the proxy:

Watch the 3 videos for the first tee.
After you have watched the first 3 episodes, check your suite and the tee should be there.
Press play, watch the episode, then click episode 2, play, watch the episode, then click episode 3, play, watch the episode and you are done.
YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE WHOLE EPISODES IN ORDER TO GET IT!
