Another Dot make-up collection arrived on Monday.
Colors are hideous, clownish, I mean seriously, who wants yellow, green or blue lipstick? Same goes for mascaras, eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, blushes. Eyeshadows are the only thing you can actually pull off nicely. I think most would agree with me, that Stardoll should work more on 'normal' make up, with colors red, peach, nude, or brown.
On Wednesday, finally, we got a long anticipated achievements.
Some of them were added few days after. Anyway, there are ones for 1, 3 or 7 years spent on Stardoll (I'm not really sure if anyone has gotten the 7 year achievement). Then for reaching 1000 club members, which may seem a bit difficult. Then there is the one for voting 5000 times for anything (boring!). The one for buying 25 items in starplaza at once (I say you try to get it when starplaza has a sale). The one for winning a game on chat, (I still haven't tried that.) This one confuses me, visiting members from level 1 to 50, I mean, do we have to do it in order, or how? The one which caused a lot of trouble is finding a 'mystery symbol' which is a make-up bag and usually down, bellow Stardoll logo. I was lucky I found it in few clicks. The problem is, it is on different place for each user, which is annoying, but fair.
The same day, Stardoll sent us a message informing us about another offer.
30% more is a nice deal, but it is a shame you can only get them by paying with credit cars or paypal, as many use phone to extend membership/buy stardollars.
On Thursday, new store, "Fever", arrived in plaza.
"Another store?" you might ask. And I think you may be right. I mean, I like colors, nice, bright, perfect for summer, but they are a bit too plain and simple. And we want more real brands. Does it seem to you, that Stardoll releases more stuff for younger members? This is a bad idea, as many older members pay to get some decent stuff, and not this kitsch.
On Friday, surprise, surprise, new MR collection got released.
It was about the time they added some nice clothes for guys on Stardoll. But on the other hand, let's face it, males are minority on Stardoll, so no wonder there are not much male clothes on Stardoll. And these are all in stardollars, which doesn't seem fair.
So this was another recap. I really hope that in next one, I'd be commenting on new Stardoll update, or 250 million members milestone, preferably both.
